On October 31, 2010 Los Angeles County Board of Supervisor Don Knabe and Chief Probation Officer Jerry E. Powers received damnable informationthat showed at-least two Deputy Probation Officers (Deputy Probation Officer Charmian McNeel and Supervising Probation Officer Stephanie M. Wilson) engaging in criminal activity. The evidence also reveals that DPOII Stephanie M. Wilson filed misleading and/or false financial statementsin the Los Angeles Superior Court. Evidence also shows that DPOII Stephanie M. Wilson used her influence as a Probation Officer to blatantly disregard and/or disobeyed court visitation ordersissued by Commissioner Robert B. Axel in Department Z of the Norwalk Superior Court.
The Los Angeles County Department of Child Support Services has been able to get away with using fraudulent accounting schemes because they factor in, and count on the poor illiteracy rate of the public. In that, Department Heads at all Los Angeles County Departments have a keen focus on the standardized test scores coming from the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) and surrounding academic institutions.
